Do you ship internationally?

What shipping methods do you offer?

At this time, we only offer standard shipping via USPS (Ground Advantage, shipping time: 3-5 business days) for a flat rate of $7.00. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media for future shipping updates!

When will my order be delivered?

After you place your order, please allow 7-10 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days. Please use the link in your shipping confirmation email to track your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to your order. Please verify you have chosen the correct products, colors, sizes, etc. and ensure all shipping, billing, and contact info is correct before placing your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but hope to offer this feature in the future! Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media for all future updates.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All returns & exchanges will be processed through our return portal. We offer you the option to add the Pay Now feature for returns/exchanges to your cart during check out. By paying $1.98 on your order at the time of purchase, you will qualify for a return/exchange at no extra cost. If you do NOT opt to pay the $1.98 fee you can still return/exchange, but you will be responsible for a $10.00 shipping & handling fee on the date you ship your item(s) back to us which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

We have a 30-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after the date of fulfillment to initiate a return or exchange. If you select an exchange, once you initiate that request and your new item is on the way, you will be charged the hold on your card if the original item has not been dropped off within 14 days after submission.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the fulfillment date to request a return. 

Are there return shipping fees?

Yes, you will be responsible for a $10 flat rate return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

We also offer you the option to unlock free return shipping for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee of $1.98 at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you will be subject to a $10 shipping/handling fee on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return. Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

All returns and exchanges will be processed through our return portal. Click here to initiate your return/exchange and follow the prompts to get started. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Where can I expect to see my refund?

Once your return request has been accepted and we have received your returned item, you will receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit to your customer account within 8-10 business days.

How do I take care of my INZY items?

To keep your items looking like new, we recommend: machine wash cold, lay flat to dry, do not bleach. If you're in a rush and need to dry your items faster, we recommend tumble drying on low!
